  • Delivery Areas: We provide home delivery across all locations in Bangladesh.
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • Within Dhaka City: 2-3 business days.
    • Outside Dhaka City: 3-5 business days.
    • Delivery time may vary due to natural calamities or adverse weather conditions.

3. Product Acceptance and Unboxing Instructions

Customers must record a video while unboxing the package. If any item is missing or an incorrect product is delivered, the unboxing video must be submitted to us as proof. If the error is on our part, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

4. Return and Warranty Policy

  • For products covered under warranty, any issues must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Faulty products must be returned to us via courier, with all original packaging intact.
  • If the issue is verified, we will repair or replace the product and send it back to the customer.

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with physical damage.
  • Products with the seal or warranty sticker removed.
  • Missing unboxing videos.
  • Free or gifted items.
